Mortgages are available to non-residents of the UK who wish to purchase property in the UK for their personal use, that is, 'owner-occupied' residential property. These are arranged on a one-to-one basis with your Relationship Manager to ensure that your individual requirements are considered from the outset. (Europe Arab Bank does not use mortgage intermediaries.)
Loan to value: Up to 75% of the value of the property is typical. Repayments: We offer repayment terms of up to 25 years.
Repayments are available at fixed 3, 6 or 12 monthly periods. You may make partial repayments through the term with the final repayment at the end.
Loan fees: There is a 1% administration fee. Other charges include legal fees and valuation fees.

We offer commission-free transactions for account holders. All major and most Middle Eastern currencies are traded with other currencies available on request. Currencies are converted at spot and forward exchange rates. Limit orders and Stop Losses are acceptable order types. London based trading operates between 9am and 4.30pm UK time.
This is an execution-only service for share transactions, corporate and government bonds, covering transactions on most of the major world exchanges including the London Stock Exchange, London Alternative Investment Market, New York Stock Exchange, NASDAQ, Frankfurt Stock Exchange, and Tokyo Stock Exchange. Dealing can be undertaken in most corporate and government bonds in USD, GBP or EUR (subject to the liquidity of the security). Trades in other currencies may also be available upon request.
If we arrange a securities trade for you, all associated administration and custody is fully taken care of by a third party custodian with whom you will contract directly. Orders may be placed with us between 9am and 5pm UK time, Monday to Friday. Charges for this service are competitive and transparent.

The services centre offers support 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including emergency help if you lose your card. Transactions are made in local currency but are converted into the currency of your current account (Pounds Sterling or US Dollars) at the prevailing exchange rate and will appear on your account statement in the denominated currency of the account.

Her journey in private banking began at Barclays Private Bank, where she progressed to the role of Director for the Southern Gulf team. Following her tenure at Barclays, Claire transitioned to independent financial advising at Plurimi Capital, a multi-family office. Before joining Europe Arab Bank, Claire spent 5 years at First Abu Dhabi Bank as Director of Personal Banking.
Claire holds the title of Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments (CISI) and is authorised to provide investment advice.
