Get started with the new online banking platform

If you are an existing user of the EAB Mobile banking app, you can log in today with your existing EAB mobile banking username and password. If you are not registered to mobile banking, you can still access the online banking portal by registering with your EAB debit card.

Who can use the EAB Online Banking portal?

EAB mobile banking clients, who have a EAB debit card, have immediate access to the new portal. Clients who don't hold a EAB debit card will soon be able to access the portal too.

Can I reset my username and password?

You can update your password but your username will remain the same.

How do I contact customer support?

Is the delegate profile feature available on online banking?

Yes, the delegate profile feature will continue to work as it already does on your mobile banking app.

Will my login credentials change with this new update?

Yes. If you are a mobile banking user, you will need to use your mobile credentials to access online banking and you will need to stop using the old online banking username and password. If you are not a mobile app user, you will need to register for online banking with a EAB debit card by clicking on the registration link and following the simple online steps.

Can I register for EAB Online Banking without a debit card?

Currently, you need an EAB debit card to register for online banking. If you do not have a debit card and would like support, please contact your Relationship Manager.
