Meet the Team
Neil Harris
Head of Project Finance
Neil Harris joined EAB in September 2007; he has almost 25 years' experience managing client teams in a variety of industry sectors and markets. Previous employers include Credit Suisse, UBS and most recently WestLB, where he established a Structured Finance team in the Real Estate sector. Neil has a BSc. (Hons) in Banking and Finance and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers. He serves on the Corporate and Institutional Banking Committee of the Association of Foreign Banks.
Howard Gooder
Senior Director
Howard has more than 25 years' experience and has created successful financial solutions for major energy, natural resource and infrastructure projects in 30 countries. He joined EAB in May 2007 from West LB where for the last 15 years he concentrated on the energy sector as Executive Director of the Global Specialised Finance group. In this role he led deal teams in the negotiation, structuring and credit assessment of financings for a wide range of multi-party transactions, receiving "Deal of the Year" accolades on 9 deals. Prior to joining West LB Howard held roles with West Merchant Bank and Royal Bank of Canada. He began his career with Shell UK Exploration & Production Ltd. Howard has Masters degree in Business Administration from London Business School and an MA from Oxford University.
Ilaria Trifogli
Assocaite Project Finance Director
Ilaria Trifogli joined EAB in December 2007 as a Corporate Relationship Assistant within the Project Finance team. Ilaria joins from Eni SpA where she worked as a project finance adviser for the Oil and Gas sector. Previously she worked as a corporate adviser for Transaction Services at Ernst & Young Financial and Business Advisors. Ilaria holds a Degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University, Milan.
