Meet the Team
Andrés C. Baudet von Gersdorff
Head of Manufacturing & Engineering
Andrés joined EAB in September 2007. He has worked for a number of Financial Institutions including Dresdner Bank, American Express Bank GmbH, Société Générale, Banque Paribas (pre-merger with BNP), Barclays Capital and Australia & New Zealand Banking Group Ltd. In his 30 year career he has accumulated a wealth of experience in Export & Project Finance (ECA-backed) significantly contributing to the closing of a number of transactions (Steel Plants, Aircraft, Power, Infrastructure and Mining). His experience includes the sale of Capital Markets products and Acquisition Finance. Andrés holds a Certificate in Banking from the Chamber of Commerce, Wiesbaden.
Nabil Frik
Relationship Director (Frankfurt)
Nabil joined Arab Bank AG, Frankfurt in January 2000. Prior to Arab Bank, he worked for ING Barings, Frankfurt as Senior Manager, Export Finance. Nabil studied Power Transmission and Business Administration at the University of Bielefeld, Germany, obtaining the degree of Engineer-Economist.
Inge Vaktskjold
Relationship Director (London)
Inge joined EAB in August 2007. Previously based in Oslo, London and Brussels, Inge has gained nearly 20 years of experience from Citibank and Fortis Bank, working with financial institutions and corporates across several industries including banks, insurance companies, government agencies, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, defence & equipment and lately manufacturing. Specific tasks included Corporate Treasury dealer, relationship management, risk management and cash management sales. Inge has a BA from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles.
Lars von Schlachta
Relationship Director (Frankfurt)
Lars joined Arab Bank AG, Frankfurt in 2001. He has 11 years of experience within corporate banking and credit departments of two banks. Lars was previously Head of Credit and Joint Head of Risk Management at Arab Bank AG. He holds a degree as Certified Credit Analyst DVFA.
