The Transport & Logistics team provides a tailored service in support of clients' specific requirements, which typically involves long term asset-based financing of aircraft, ships and rolling stock. Each transaction uses the most appropriate financial and legal structures and instruments taking full account of clients' strategic goals and business plans. The team has a strong track record in this industry and is uniquely placed to provide support across Europe and the MENA region. EAB aims to ensure that all clients benefit from its deep knowledge of the region, network of local banking facilities, and appetite for transactions of all sizes including large scale financing.

Meet the Team
Gilles Charmey
Head of Transport and Logistics
Gilles joined EAB in September 2007 having spent 10 years specialising in aircraft finance, first within Natexis and then for Groupe Caisse d'Epargne. He has a total of 24 years of experience in corporate banking, including 10 years in American banks. He holds a Master of Business Administration from EDHEC in France.
Nadine Cazaubieilh
Relationship Director
Nadine joined the bank in 1997 and has spent the last nine years in the Business Development Department of Arab Bank Paris after a year spent as a Credit Analyst. From 1995 to 1997, she worked in the Corporate Banking department of Credit Lyonnais Beirut. Nadine holds a BA in Economics from University of Montreal and a Master in Business Administration from HEC in France.
Marc Mesana
Relationship Director
Marc joined Arab Bank in 1986 as a Credit Manager became a member of the EAB Corporate Banking team in January 2007 when he was appointed Relationship Director. Marc has longstanding experience of French and Benelux Corporate dealing with MENA countries.
Daniel Marques
Corporate Relationship Assistant
Daniel joined Europe Arab Bank in August 2007. Over the previous three years, he worked as Credit Analyst in the Paris branches of Deutsche Bank and Capitalia. Daniel graduated from the University of Paris Sorbonne in Finance and International Trade.
Damien Grouselle
Corporate Relationship Assistant
Damien joined Europe Arab Bank in September 2007 from BNP Paribas where he was a Structured Finance Analyst. He graduated in International Finance from ESDES Business School.
Janie Ceuninck
Personal Assistant
Janie joined Europe Arab Bank in November 2007. She received a Director Assistant diploma from Lycée Ravel in Paris in June 2007 and is trilingual (French, English and Spanish). During her studies, she worked as corporate intern in London and Madrid.

Willis Engine: Asset backed warehouse facility for WEST, a wholly owned subsidiary of Willis Engine Lease Corporation, to finance aircraft engines. Willis is a leading operating lessor of jet engines for commercial airlines.
Undisclosed Middle East Airline: Senior debt in a French optimized lease to finance one wide-body long-range commercial aircraft.
Bourbon Offshore Gulf: Financing of two Anchor Handling Supply Vessels in favour of a joint venture between Bourbon (France) and ENSRV (Qatar).
